High Impact - Image Usage & Attribution Policy

All visuals, illustrations, and graphics featured on www.highimpact.co.uk are original creations and protected under UK copyright law.

These assets have been carefully crafted to reflect our brand and the value we provide to clients. We’re proud of them and we take their use seriously.

Can I Use One of Your Images?

Not without permission.

If you’d like to share or republish one of our graphics, we offer two clear options:

Option 1: Attribution with Link

You may request permission to use an image by emailing us. If approved, we’ll ask that you:

• Include a clear, visible do-follow link to www.highimpact.co.uk from the page where the image appears.
• Do not crop, edit, or remove any part of the image, including our visual style or logo (if present).

Permission is granted on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse usage for any reason particularly if your website or content is not aligned with our values or reputation.

Option 2: Commercial License

If you prefer not to link, or you want unrestricted commercial use, we offer a paid licence option:

• Our standard fee is £500 per image
• Licensing includes non-exclusive use on your website, blog, or digital content

Please contact us before using any asset to arrange licensing.

What Happens If I Use an Image Without Permission?

We monitor image use regularly. If you republish one of our visuals without permission, we may:

• Request immediate removal
• Invoice you for unauthorised use (£500 per image)
• Take legal steps to protect our intellectual property
